If you’re anything like us here at Juniper Ridge (and we’re betting you are) then you’re always ready to get back out there and start exploring.
In the spirit of adventure planning, we asked the Crew to share their adventure essentials with us; whether it’s for a quick hike, a weekend camping trip, or an international getaway. With a blend of practicality, sustainability, and creature comforts, here are the top five essentials we always have in our packs:
- Bar Soap- TSA friendly, compact, won’t leak in your bag, and can replace body wash, hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, and more. Plus it’s biodegradable so it’s safe to use outdoors.
- Speaker- When we’re not listening to the sweet sounds of nature, we’re playing our favorite tunes. A good set of headphones or a Bluetooth speaker is always within reach.
- Snacks- Staying snacked up is a top priority for the crew, on the trail, in the office, at the airport- we never forget the snacks.
- Reusable Water Bottle- Staying hydrated is key, and a reusable water bottle makes it easy to reduce single use plastic waste at the same time.
- Field Journal and Pencil- Last but not least, every member of the Juniper Ridge crew packs some sort of notebook/writing tool to document their adventure. Whether it's sketching landscapes, jotting down observations, or capturing the scents and sounds of the nature around them.
Honorable Mentions- Krista’s Sudoku puzzle book and Tanya’s Room Spray for stuffy cars and hotel rooms.
The Juniper Ridge Crew's adventure pack-list is more than just a collection of gear—it's a reflection of their ethos and passion for the natural world. With essentials that prioritize sustainability, connection, and exploration, they're always ready for whatever the wilderness has in store.
See you out there.
