How To Use Your Forest Bathing Ritual Kit:

Dry Brush: Use dry or wet & gently massage skin in circular motion.

Cascade Forest Body Wash: Squeeze a nickel size pool into hand, washcloth or loofah. Lather & rinse.

Redwood Mist Bath Salts: Add desired amount of salts to your running bath (we recommend a good handful) and allow to dissolve in the warm water. Soak, relax, and escape. Follow with your favorite Juniper Ridge Body Oil.

Tea Tree Gel Cleanser: Massage into face & neck in a circular motion. Rinse & dry.

Chilean Wild Rosehip Seed Oil: Combine with hydrosol in palms of hands. Press the oil & water infusion into clean face.

Douglas Fir HydroSoul: Mist face with 5-7 sprays. Press completely onto skin with hands.

Neroli Frankincense Body Butter: Melt a small amount in palms of hands & gently massage onto damp skin.

Natural Incense Bundles: Light the bundle and let the smoldering end waft its fragrance throughout your space.

Sierra Forest Essential Oil Candle: Trim your wick to ¼” before lighting, and allow wax to melt evenly before extinguishing.

Douglas Fir & Rosehip Tea: Brew with hot water & serve warm or over ice.
