What is the Trail Scout program?
To be a Trail Scout means you are within the inner circle of the Juniper Ridge community. Trail Scouts get exclusive access and offers those off the trail don’t.
Is there a membership fee?
Nope! Joining Trail Scout is completely free-just perks, points, and early access.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Points are earned with every purchase. Occasionally, we also offer bonus points for special promotions, reviews, or engaging with our community.
What can I do with my points?
Redeem your points for discounts, exclusive products, or the occasional limited-edition experience. The more you shop and engage, the more rewards you unlock.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your account anytime to see your current points, rewards, and upcoming perks.
Do my points expire?
Yes! Rewards are tracked and reset annually, Trail Scouts can re-earn rewards year after year. Plus, earned rewards don’t expire until the end of that year so you can redeem at your leisure.
