"Hi. I have not received my products yet. There was apparently an “attempt” at delivery but no one attempted to deliver. No one used my buzz code to access the building, no notice was left to indicate an attempt, no phone call was made even though they have my number and I was home on the stated attempt day of delivery so I’m not sure what they’re playing at. The price of this product has pretty much doubled to $140 for a single incense kit. I used to be a dedicated customer but the increase in price and botched delivery are making me think again about ordering this product in the future."
