COAST RANGE GIN SOUR
Makes 2 drinks
4 oz. Juniper Ridge douglas fir + rosehips tea infused gin
2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz. strawberry-rhubarb syrup
Infuse 4 ounces of Alley 6 Gin with 1 bag of Douglas Fir + Rosehip tea for at least 24 hours.
Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a fresh rhubarb slice.
